Please note, that you have the option to submit your application up to 4 months before the commencement of your course. Nevertheless, entry into the USA is permitted only within 30 days of your course start date.

To be eligible for an Emergency Appointment, one of the following conditions must apply to you:
- The death, severe illness, or life-threatening accident of your parent, sibling, or child.
- You require urgent medical treatment for yourself or your child.
- Urgent business commitments that precede the available visa appointment date.
- Please be aware that meeting any of the above criteria is necessary to qualify for an emergency appointment at the US embassy.

- Proof of Accommodation (Address in the US)
- Proof of relative’s death, funeral arrangements, or a letter from the attending physician or hospital.
- In case of urgent medical care for yourself or your child, a doctor’s note from your current doctor and confirmation from a US-based doctor, along with a demonstration of the financial means to cover medical expenses.

- Your expired visa was issued to you over 14 years old
- Your visa expired or is expiring between 2019-2024
- Your visa was issued for full validity(10 years)
- You were never denied renewal for this visa before
- 80 and over will get a waiver if they never applied for a Visa before
