Online Renewal
We offer assistance with the renewal of passports online. So if you are outside the country or do not have the time or patience to go in-office this is the place for you. Currently, only adults who were previously issued a Jamaican passport can use this service. Otherwise, you would need to visit any PICA Office in Jamaica.
Please note if your passport is damaged or was reported lost or stolen you will NOT be able to do an online renewal.

- Birth certificate number
- Expired passport
- Recent passport-size photograph
